What insurance do you take?
The insurance I currently take is BCBS, Cigna, HealthChoice, Optum, Friday Health Plan, and United HealthCare.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
I take COVID-19 very seriously! While most sessions are telehealth, I take precautions to sanitize the office in between each session thoroughly. Furthermore, I include a COVID-19 Waiver and Questionnaire upon intake.
Where is your main office?
I'm located at 1400 NW 16th Street, Oklahoma City, OK, 73106 - in the Plaza District.
Do you offer virtual/remote appointments?
Yes! Depending on whether or not your insurance allows for it, I am happy to do virtual, HIPAA-compliant sessions.
Do you offer appointments on weekends?
While I do not offer weekend appointments at the time, I will aim to meet your needs or find someone who can.
Do you offer self-pay options?
Yes. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and $125 for private pay clients.
